These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of cryptoiz.org and all associated services operated by CRYPTOIZ ("we", "our", "us").

By creating an account or accessing any part of CRYPTOIZ, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Nature of the Service

CRYPTOIZ is a crypto market research and analytics platform. We provide:

On-chain data analysis and market phase signals for Solana DEX tokens.

AI-assisted alpha scanning based on holder tier and capital rotation models.

Educational market intelligence for informational purposes.

All signals, phase indicators, alpha reports, and content produced by CRYPTOIZ are for informational and research purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional financial guidance.

⚠️ Not Licensed · Unlisted Tokens (OJK / Bappebti)

CRYPTOIZ is not registered or licensed by OJK or Bappebti and is not an investment advisor, fund manager, wallet, or custodian. The Solana DEX tokens analyzed on this platform are NOT listed on official Indonesian crypto exchanges (such as Indodax or Tokocrypto) and are not supervised by Indonesian authorities. Crypto trading carries extremely high risk, including the possible total loss of capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

2. User Responsibilities

By using CRYPTOIZ, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are solely responsible for all trading and investment decisions you make.

You understand that all cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss.

You will not use CRYPTOIZ signals as the sole basis for financial decisions.

You are of legal age in your jurisdiction to use financial research services.

You will keep your account credentials confidential and not share your account.

3. No Custody, No Key Access

CRYPTOIZ is a research platform with an optional, fully non-custodial swap widget (see Section 4). In all cases we have no access to your crypto assets. Specifically:

We do not hold, manage, or have access to your cryptocurrency.

We will never ask for your private keys, wallet seed phrases, or signing permissions.

We cannot execute trades on your behalf — every swap must be signed by you, in your own wallet, per transaction.

We cannot access your wallet balances or transaction history.

🚨 If you receive any communication claiming to be from CRYPTOIZ that requests wallet access, private keys, or seed phrases — it is a scam. Report it immediately to support@cryptoiz.org.

4. Token Swaps via Jupiter (Non-Custodial)

CRYPTOIZ embeds the Jupiter swap widget so you can optionally buy or sell tokens directly from signal pages. By using the swap feature you acknowledge:

Swaps are facilitated entirely by Jupiter (jup.ag), a third-party protocol. Routing, execution price, slippage, and availability are determined by Jupiter — not by CRYPTOIZ.

A platform fee of 1% is applied to each swap made through our widget. This fee is disclosed in the swap quote before you sign and is deducted within the transaction itself.

Swaps are non-custodial: transactions are signed locally in your own wallet. CRYPTOIZ never holds your funds or keys and cannot execute, cancel, freeze, or reverse a swap.

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Verify the token address and amounts before signing. CRYPTOIZ cannot recover funds sent or swapped in error.

Signals are research output, not financial advice. Memecoins are extremely high-risk assets — total loss of the amount swapped is possible.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that using the swap feature is lawful in your jurisdiction.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

CRYPTOIZ offers paid subscription plans. The following terms apply:

Paid subscriptions grant access to premium features for the duration of the billing period.

Subscriptions are non-transferable and tied to a single account.

We accept cryptocurrency payments via NowPayments. All payments are final.

Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 48 hours of purchase.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 14 days advance notice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use CRYPTOIZ to:

Scrape, copy, or redistribute our signals, data, or content without written permission.

Reverse-engineer or attempt to access the underlying algorithms or data pipelines.

Create derivative products that compete with CRYPTOIZ using our intellectual property.

Attempt to bypass authentication, subscription gates, or security systems.

Share, sell, or resell your account access to other individuals.

Use the platform for market manipulation, coordinated pump-and-dump schemes, or other illegal activities.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on CRYPTOIZ — including signals, algorithms, scanner logic, visual design, and written analysis — is the intellectual property of CRYPTOIZ.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial research purposes only.

You may not reproduce, publish, or distribute any CRYPTOIZ content without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

CRYPTOIZ is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not warrant that signals will be accurate, complete, or profitable.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.

Past signal performance does not guarantee future results.

Market conditions can change faster than our system can update. Always apply your own judgment.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

CRYPTOIZ, its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Trading losses incurred based on CRYPTOIZ signals or research.

Service outages, data errors, or platform unavailability.

Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain security.

Your use of CRYPTOIZ is entirely at your own risk.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

Violate these Terms of Service.

Engage in fraudulent payment activity.

Misuse or abuse platform resources.

Are found to be sharing access credentials.

You may also delete your account at any time by contacting support@cryptoiz.org.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The Effective Date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the latest revision.

Continued use of CRYPTOIZ after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will provide notice via email.
