CRYPTOIZ ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user of cryptoiz.org.

By using CRYPTOIZ, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our platform.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate the CRYPTOIZ platform:

Email address — used solely for account authentication and subscription management.
Subscription plan and payment status — to determine your access tier.
Login timestamps and session tokens — for security and fraud prevention.
Browser and device type — for platform optimization only (not sold or shared).

2. What We Never Collect

CRYPTOIZ is a research platform with an optional non-custodial swap widget (powered by Jupiter — your wallet talks to Jupiter directly, never to our servers). We have no custody of your assets. We explicitly do not collect:

Private keys or wallet seed phrases — never, under any circumstance.
Crypto wallet addresses linked to your identity.
Transaction history or trading portfolio data.
Financial custody data of any kind.
Payment card numbers or banking information (handled by our payment processor).

⚠️ Important: CRYPTOIZ will NEVER ask for your private keys or seed phrase through any channel — not email, not live chat, not support tickets. If anyone claims to represent CRYPTOIZ and asks for this information, it is a scam.

3. How We Use Your Data

Data we collect is used exclusively for:

Authentication — verifying your identity when you log in.
Subscription management — granting or revoking access based on your plan.
Transactional emails — confirmation, password reset, billing notifications.
Platform improvement — aggregate, anonymized usage analytics to improve features.
Security monitoring — detecting unusual login patterns or unauthorized access.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate the platform. These services may process limited data on our behalf:

Supabase — authentication backend and database infrastructure (email stored here).
NowPayments — crypto payment processing (handles payment confirmation only).
Zoho Mail / Resend — email delivery services (receive your email address to deliver messages).
Jupiter (plugin.jup.ag) — embedded non-custodial swap widget. When you choose to swap, your wallet interacts directly with Jupiter's infrastructure; we never see, store, or transmit your keys or wallet contents.
Google Analytics — anonymized usage events, including a completion event when a swap succeeds (token mint and direction only — never your wallet address or identity).

All third-party providers are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account exists or as required by applicable law.

Active accounts: data retained for the duration of the account.
Inactive accounts: automatically purged after 24 months of inactivity.
On deletion request: data removed within 30 days of confirmed request.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
Request deletion of your account and associated data.
Opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

7. Cookies & Local Storage

CRYPTOIZ uses browser local storage to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

You may clear local storage at any time via your browser settings. This will log you out of the platform.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we do, the Effective Date at the top of this page will be updated.

Continued use of CRYPTOIZ after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

For significant changes, we will notify users by email.
